oh gosh i am so tired. i wasnt late for class this morning (despite only having 3 hr of sleep) omg that is a miracle. not likely to ever happen again for this block though hahahaha. was playing with masking tape during presentations and mervin was like, what the hell are you doing?! hahahahaha. we watched a french film the red balloon, followed by speed starring keanu reeves. the latter was exciting but it was a pity we didnt have the time to complete the entire movie.

studio lighting after that. we couldnt do much b/c we didnt have our memory card and therefore couldnt consult chee yong. i really like the fact that his spec frames are orange heh heh. we got started on the inverse square law exercise but couldnt do much due to a lack of space. today was a wasted day. but i brought the d200 back. :)

still, i love studio lighting. it's so fun.

cha cha cha at holland v again! this time with a much bigger group. sam, of course, birthday boy with awesome cake made to stand on the chair while we sing him a happy birthday a la fish&co. kenji, bez, keith, javin, ling, ys, long (haha sounds like a gangster but no actually it's just junhong) and kenneth kan. it was especially nice to see the 3 dysfunctionals, the ones i've not met in what feels like ten years.

awesome cake was awesome. thanks to the barista in coffee bean who tipped us off on where to get cake. and 4 jugs of magaritas (one of which was strawberry) among the 10 of us. it really was a fantastic night.




ling said it's been 3 years. has it really? it's probably been longer than that but i only got to know her better like in sec 3. "come to the dark side, we have cookies" hahahaha woman do you remember!! and then "what do you call a pet that can do tricks?" randomly came up too hahaha gosh that's like, one of the things i'd never forget. and i kept playing with the lighter, placing it next to sam's ear just to hear him squeal. it's so fun to tease sam.
